"Good" is relative, but Defiler Wings, Sarada Trainer, and Fallout(by the Sarada Trainer guy) are all available if you have an android phone. Sarada trainer is probably the best out of them, but it's still reaallly not that great. I'm sure there's others that I don't know about though.

I am kind of in the same situation but I do have a computer (so I'm not really in the same situation).

Haven't played all of them. I'd say Witch Trainer is my favourite but it's because it's the most complete.
Or better yet Four Elements Trainer and Witch trainer are both my favourite. Only downside to FET is that there is no "be Azula's slave boy" route. If you know of any game with such a storyline that can be played on linux or android I'd be very grateful. I just want to be some strong woman's slave is it too much to ask?
Summertime saga is also really good story wise, lots of storylines. Witches and Wans also looks promising but it's way too early to tell.
You should probably start with Witch Trainer. It all happens in one room and it's really easy to play (it's complete and you can also cheat your way through).
