Since people are bound to ask, here's the stats and what you need to do to raise them:
>Vaginal
Level up by using vaginal positions (both foreplay and intercourse)
>Anal
Level up by using anal position (same stuff)
>Lust/Horniness
Bound to "dirty talk", level up by asking the girl about her current feelings during sex
>Oral
Another obvious one. You need the girl to use service positions with her mouth
>Semen
Level up by cumming inside
You also need to know that those stats unlock some traits (but the game won't tell you about those). Maxing the "semen" stat will make so that the girl will enjoy bukkake or creampies, while maxing Oral will offer the option to swallow (the mother tends to automatically swallow though). Vaginal and Anal will just change the girls reactions during sex.
You have to max one stat (Besides the initial maxed stat) for each girl to reach the next story tier. So don't go banging the Mom 24/7 to max all her stats or else you're going to have some lopsided gameplay as to try to play catch-up with the daughters.
There's also the "Weakness" break. Make a girl cum 3 times in the same position and the status bar will display "Weakness." The girl will then assume new "tired" positions, much like the ones in HS.

I'm kind of conflicted as to whether I prefer Honey Select or this. On one hand, I hate that Play Home gives you zero customization in terms of the girl's personality. On the other, Sexy Beach and Honey Select's muscle level stopped at "bikini model who loves sit ups" while Play Home takes it to figure class bodybuilder, which happens to be the exact strike zone for my muscle girl fetish. No it's not. i have this mod running on the release version. The Pastebin has all the links to patches needed and required mods. If you don't want to go through the effort installing every patch and mod, go on nyaa look up a torrent with the latest patch installed (03/09 is the last patch). Also if not stated as installed in description, install IPA,Wideslider, and MoreSlotID to start.
