Dev: I live 5 hours away from your office so that would be not a good fit

You know, I used to be surprised by such conditions too. But now I work in a family business and often work in the HR department. It is very difficult to find a person who is really suitable for the company. I recently heard about Peoplesmart https://peoplesmart.pissedconsumer.com/review.html and it may help me to screen out people before the interview and not give the person false hope. I am sad to turn people down but I cannot take people to a family company who are not suitable in terms of qualifications
