Tracking helps me. I use a fitness app and check in weekly to stay on course. I also build in rest days without guilt. Life’s not a perfect routine, so I just aim for 80% consistency instead of 100%.

you get better at it every day. life pulls at you and that's when you might fall of the wagon but you have to know that life will pull at you and be ready for any shit.
