After intense workouts or competitions, I sometimes feel sore for days. What are the best recovery methods that actually work? Any tips for reducing muscle pain and improving flexibility?

Hydration and proper stretching are key! I always drink plenty of electrolytes after training and do light yoga or mobility exercises to ease stiffness. A foam roller is a game-changer for muscle recovery.

I always start with mobility exercises and light stretching to prevent stiffness. Recently, I’ve been exploring somatic exercises, which help relax the nervous system and release muscle tension. This 28-day somatic exercise for trauma relief program https://betterme.world/articles/28-day-somatic-exercise-for-trauma-relief/ includes gentle movements that improve body awareness and flexibility. I’ve noticed that focusing on controlled breathing and slow movements helps my muscles recover faster.
