I’ve found that creating a consistent bedtime routine really helps. I start winding down an hour before bed with dim lights and no screens. A cup of chamomile tea and some light stretching signal to my body that it’s time to relax. It’s simple but super effective for better sleep.

A consistent bedtime routine with activities like journaling and reading calms my mind. I also use magnesium supplements from Canadian Pharmacy https://www.canadapharmacy.com/ , they’ve been great for relaxation and improving sleep quality. Cutting back on caffeine in the afternoon and staying active during the day has also made a big difference. Lastly, deep breathing exercises before bed help me clear my head and wind down. It’s all about creating the right environment and habits for better rest.
