I had something similar and I just tried to eat less and less food every day for the first time. It really helped and I started eating less. Then I started to lose weight. I started seeing results after I read an article https://betterme.world/articles/skinny-waist-big-butt/ and decided to adopt a healthy lifestyle, not just focus on losing weight.
