Hello /fit/, a few days ago I started doing a daily exercise routine. In the morning I do 30 jumping jacks, in the noon I jump really high to touch the ceiling 10 times and in the night I do 20 pushups. I also go on walks and do boxxing in the weekends. I plan on increasing the ammount of exercise I do every week and seeing as there's 52 weeks in a year Im probably going to be very strong by the end of the year.
Ive asked a few people for advice and they said I should also do high intensity interval training and stretching, what does /fit/ say?

Im assuming the way to not end up there is to:
1. not try to improve too fast so my body has time to adapt to the exercise.
2. dont do more than one type of exercise at the time.

Being a namefag on an anonymous snake oil extraction forum is a shortcut to the snap city, tbh.
But in general, always warm up, get your blood flowing and your tendons warm. Don't forget to work on your deep muscles and stabilisors. And most importantly, don't overestimate your abilities and sometimes take a day off.
