done with being a tub of lard, anyone got some really good tips and advice for trying to get into shape? I don't have access to a gym come summertime so I've only been working out the few ways I can (pushups, squats, sit ups). weight is around 230 lbs and i'm 6' 2"

A regular calorie deficit is better than Keto because you have access to the whole shebang of foods, just watch what you eat and set limits really

pushups, squats, and sit ups are a nice start. You could try adding jogging or swimming if you have pool access. Good luck fatass, show the world you can do it.

Depends. Counting calories didn't work particularly well for me. Assuming it's due to metabolic damage I've done to myself over the years.

I'd recommend starting with counting calories unless OP hates the idea or shows other signs of insulin resistance.
