Do you have more than one image? I have never played Bioshock
Maybe Dark City, Blade Runner, or The 13th Floor. The last one isn't the greatest movie - World on a Wire is better - but 13th Floor is probably closer to the style you want.

Try la Cité des Enfants Perdus. I wouldn't be surprised if it had actually inspired Bioshock in some way.

I haven't seen that version but it really depends on the music for me. I think a silent film with a complete Moroder soundtrack would be great. I do have doubts about pop vocals.

I really like this version tbh, possibly one of my favorite animated movies too.
It's loosely based on the original film.
