Is pic related a horror film?

Gozu and Tetsuo are a trip. Have you seen Shinya Tsukamoto's more recent horror film Kotoko? Riki-Oh is fun.

Pic unrelated. I only saw Tetsuo trilogy by Shinya Tsukamoto.
But, films like Vengeance trilogy, I saw the devil, The Wailing, Audition etc. are welcomed, if you want to recommend.

I like stuff by Takashi Miike, Sion Sono and Kiyoshi Kurosawa. Shinya Tsukamoto is pretty interesting too, but I haven't seen much by him.
Pic is from Cold Fish (2013) by Sino Sono
