Well, where I am based it's the middle of the day but I finished watching the second half of the Korean film The Host this morning. Planning on watching Hell or High Water later... What did you think of arrival?

Arrival was the first Villeneuve film I liked (and I liked it a lot). Not many weak parts to it in my opinion, I was spellbound for the entire duration. Special mention to sound editing and cinematography and Adams good performance considering all the scenes where she interacts with Costello and Abbott were done in front of.. nothing? I think.
I should rewatch the Host, been years since I saw it. Did you like it?

Usually cgi bothers me but I still managed to enjoy The Host. More fun than anything but there is some neat cinematography and it's actually pretty funny at some parts. I'll check out Arrival at some point, probably within the next month.
