They're a modern day Triumph des Willens when it comes to the kind of influence they're going to have on film. The sound, editing, framing, etc. is all very distinct even as the video directors are obviously trying to imitate video games and Hollywood. I think the reason the ISIS videos are so striking is because they have such a unique subject matter and viewpoint.
You can bet your ass that film makers are going to be stealing shots from ISIS videos for decades to come.
