so what do you guys think of this? did anyone see in in 3D?
i'm probably gonna watch it this week. gaspar is my one of favourite degenerate filmmakers. but i hope it's more than cheap sex scenes.
the LOVE poster reminds me of marilyn minter, a very cool artist. either she designed it or they ripped off her style.

I saw it a few days ago. I'm a Benoit Debie completist so it was nice to check on his current filming techniques. He relied primarily on stationary shots as he did with Innocence. The 3D cameras were probably too heavy to channel Zbigniew Rybczynski's trapeze act this time, but maybe the story did not require that sort of thing. I felt disadvantaged watching in 2D though; many scenes were clearly designed for a third dimension. Benoit has a cameo as a new age shaman.
The movie wasn't as impressive as past Gaspar Noe projects. His attempt to make a romance movie about physical intimacy had very mixed results. Nonactors alternated between naturalism and amateurism, undermined by emotional scenes beyond their abilities and the script's silly attempts at earnest dialogue. Gaspar should stick to style and shock over substance.

The soundtrack was great, the imagery was good but all in all it came across as really artistic porn.

I think that male actor was used better in The Neon Demon
his weaknesses were not so apparent as a relaxed character

>Gaspar has no substance
What?!
Maybe I am overanalyzing his movies that I have seen of him (Irreversible and I Stand Alone) but I thought these movies were straight society critique. We were shown the violence, the ugliness and the hopelessness of normal people in every day life. And what is so great about those movies and what I think you misunderstand as "no substance" is that Gaspar doesn't bore the audience with morals and lessons-we-should-learn but in stead shows us that we really aren't that great as human beings we like to make ourselves believe.

how about Love?
I don't think it was as good as Irreversible or I Stand Alone

My favorite drama is "The Last Kiss". I love films that make you cry and think about your actions. I recommend watching this movie.

Oh yeah... I remember that drama classic since the childhood. Moreover - "The Last Kiss" was my first watched such a romantic comedy-drama ever and now I try to write a review for it. It's a little bit hard for me now but I also use https://orderessay.net/movie-review.html help. Oh.. I just can't forget amazing actors from there - Zach Braff, Jacinda Barrett, Casey Affleck
