I liked it quite a lot. It has a strange eeriness about it that I've not experienced in other movies before.

Visually it had a lot of nice ideas, but there's something stunted and empty about it.
I want to like Ryan Gosling as an actor and a director, however I feel as if he only understands things superficially.

One of the freshest and most enjoyable flicks released this year. For cinema's sake I hope that the Goose isn't disencouraged by the almost unanimous bashing and continues to develop his filmmaking career.
