1. Don't.

2. Stick to as much pre copyright footage as you can or make it so distorted copyright bots will never find you equally so stick to films that aren't popular, not good either just not popular.

I remember listening to a mixtape with a bunch of uncleared copyright samples. The same track appeared on the official album, but the copyright samples were replaced with something a bit different.

The copyright music was used as an inspiration, but they were phased out when needed. The final product seemed to be completely original.

It's not about copyright bots taking it down. It's about commercially distributing a modified version of the work without clearing the copyrights. This includes using video game footage for a machinima film.
