You realize any website/app is only as "shit" as the people using it? Just because someone uses discord or there is a discord server doesn't mean it will automatically be shit. Elitists who say "use x instead of y because y is shit" as probably a bigger part of the problem than the people they're complaining about. I've got in touch with multiple people from various chan sites and most of the ones I've talked to that use stuff like Discord are perfectly fine.
