حقيقة عرفتها وما زلت أجد صعوبة في تصديقها، حتى الآن مازالت نسبة كبيرة من الفحول المبلبعة لا تعي معنى الإحساس واللمسات والكلمات..

Well, there isn’t anything “wrong” with it per se, but training legs won’t increase your testosterone levels. The increase is temporary and doesn’t affect your body’s endocrine system in its homeostasis post workout. Maybe if you’re on a good diet, a good workout plan, etc. then yeah, sure, your testosterone would be a bit higher than the average man, even if you don’t do squats at all. The sunlight exposure advice is solid. However, we’re in the desert, so pretty much anyone is guaranteed to get at least 10 minutes of sun exposure a day, which is more than enough.

I’m sure your intentions are good, I just think OP’s problem is a bit deeper than that.
