اعمل جدول مكثف تذاكر فيه المنهج كله في كل المواد بعدد ساعات كافي في اليوم بريك نص ساعة كل 3--4 ساعات تشرب سيجارة ونسكافيه او قهوة اعمل جدول يلم اليوم كله 8-10 ساعات مذاكرة مش مشكلة هي سنة لو وقفتها على دماغك هتعديها

3 ساعات عربي اول وحدة مثلا وبريك ثم رياضة او ايا كان اعمل جدول منضبط

هتلم المنهج كله وهتعمل جدول جديد مراجعة هتختبر معلوماتك عن المنهج انك تجمع بنفسك كل اللي تعرفه عن الوحدة دي في المادة دي وتراجع اللي افتكرته وتشوف انت ناسي ايه المهم يبقى المنهج نفسه حاضر في دماغك دائما بدون اسئلة.

هتعمل بعدها جدول حل امتحانات وتحل امتحانات سابقة نزلها من موقع الثانوية المنتدى دا قديم وفيه ماتريال كويسة كنت بذاكر منه من اكتر من 10 سنين

هتلاقي فيه ملازم مدرسين بردو نزل الجديد منها وبص عليها وراجع معلوماتك منها شوف انت لامم كل المنهج ولا فيها افكار انت ماتعرفهاش

انا جبت 96% في 2011 وكنت بحشش وبسهر للصبح وبطبق مع نسوان على سرائر عديدة

i can't believe people drink all this industrial chemistry sold in cans and plastic bottles. don't they wanna live?

sometimes i see pictures from people from different parts of the world all drinking this stupid mysterysugarwater and getting fat and ugly. i guess they don't want to live and slowly ruining the health is acceptable to them. does the taste matter so much to them, has the chamical composition such satisfactory senseations on their tastebuds?

another theory about it i have is that their digestive systems ceased to function so while they keep eating solid food, their digestion mostly focusses on the sugar from the liquid. maybe a chemical dependency. and the food they eat just passively travels through the gi-tract without having much absorption whatsoever.

i really do believe this to be a possibility. maybe other sources of chemicals like certain pharmaceuticals in combination with these drinks are ruining organs for people, who knows. i don't think anyone who says drinking this liquid entertainment is safe could ever be trusted.

this is what i am drinking whenever i have the opportunity. coconut water and not just coconut water but organic coconutwater so maybe it is better for the body.

it is not from a real fresh living coconut unfortunately. this helps in staying active. when i eat healthy real fruits and vegetables only, i don't ever get tired. i still get depressed but never physically incapable. i had fat friends when i was younger but the fat life is awful, i wanted away from people who live to eat.

i see coconutwater sold in solid cans sometimes in international supermarkets but they put sugar in. it is too sweet, i can't drink it.

oh the disappointment when i see young men drinking this stuff. they did not bother to look into the possible consequences. don't they know the ph-value of these drinks? i have heard some people call it "battery acid", which is exaggerated but only slightly.
