الجنس بين الثدييات يمر بثلاث مراحل: الاشتعال، ثم الممارسة، ثم لحظة اللذة..

الجهل والثقافة المختلة جعلت الكثيرين يحصرون الجنس في عضو منتصب بفضل بلبعة حباية في الخفاء..

Well, there isn’t anything “wrong” with it per se, but training legs won’t increase your testosterone levels. The increase is temporary and doesn’t affect your body’s endocrine system in its homeostasis post workout. Maybe if you’re on a good diet, a good workout plan, etc. then yeah, sure, your testosterone would be a bit higher than the average man, even if you don’t do squats at all. The sunlight exposure advice is solid. However, we’re in the desert, so pretty much anyone is guaranteed to get at least 10 minutes of sun exposure a day, which is more than enough.

I’m sure your intentions are good, I just think OP’s problem is a bit deeper than that.

بتقعد تسرح بخيالك كتير و تفتكر ذكريات حلوو و وحشة مريت بيها بتحش اد ايه العالم ده ملوش اي لازمة و اهم حلجة متعك

الي هوا عندك محمد ناك بنات صغيرة و الناس مقدساه و اخترعله دين و كل حاجة بتحوم حواليه عشان شوية رعاع صدقوه

و ناك و اتبسط و كان عنده ملك يمين

و شبع اكل و نياكة

و مات و مش هامه ان الاشتغالة الي عملها دي هتفضل تبضن علينا كلنا

بس الحق يتقال انا كبيدو اشهدله انه بيدو ذكي

و فيه ناس في العصر ابحالي برضه بيرضوا شهواتهم مع البناتاللولي في الدرا من غير ما حك يعرف و عاملبن نفسهم فلاسفة و الهبل ده

بش اما بتحش بفراغ كده بتوحشك البوردة دي و ذكرياتها

و اد ايه في جيل جديدمن المتوحدين بداوا يخشوا البوردة دي و يحيوها من تاني

انا مبسوط الحقيقة ان انا كنت فرد من الناس الي كانوا بيحاولوا يحيوها اما ماتت كذامرة

و ده ان دل

ان فعلا احنا كتير و برضه لازم تعرف ان في ناس قديمة كل شوية تخش هنا و تسترجع ذكرياتها

بس ده ميمنعش ان كشم الفراغ لانه سبب في مشاعر كتيرة سلبية
