Its likely that a lot of people have heard of the carnivore diet to do Jewden "Clean ur room and stop masturbating" Peterson, but when it comes to mentally ill individuals who believe that plants are poisonous it hardly stops at Shawn Baker and Mr. Dad Pill.

Meet Sv3rige, a rather unusual character whose hatred for plants and those who eat the most of them goes far beyond what any normal person would find reasonable. According to this guy anti-oxidants are toxins or anti-nutrients, fiber causes constipation, and there is a worldwide government conspiracy to turn everyone vegan in an attempt to stunt their growth both mentally and physically and make them easier to control But never fear, because this guy has made it his mission to Expose the government's and societies lies about veganism, the flat earth, water drinking being healthy, cancerous tumors being cholesterol deficiency, and incest being bad and all manner of other things

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_CXwa-_5Uk

Not only has he put out this documentary, he also uploads regular videos where he gives health advice, interviews alleged ex-vegans, and films himself at vegan events, restaurants, and other such places eating raw meat, usually in the form of faces or organ meats

Before his current raw meat vlogs sv3rige's channel was about sharing his runescape gameplay, and somewhere in-between his runscape adventures and his advocacy for raw carnivory he was admitted to an asylum, some suspect that its because he stabbed 4 people at his high school and others think it is due moreso to his absurd diet, though I'm uncertain as to whether or not any hard evidence exists for the former. There are other raw meat eaters who share similar views, like julay Jar out there but as far as I know, none of them have the kind of online presence that he does with tens of thousands of subscribers.

I had done the meat-only fad for a month, ask me anything. I didn't eat raw meat though, that's just retarded. Technically the human body can digest raw meat just fine (unlike most plants which have to be boiled first to destroy their toxins), but that's like saying that technically you can drink water out of rain puddles. Sure, the meat/water is fine, but you will also catch a bunch of shit pathogens along the way. Especially with farmed animals where pathogens spread much faster and in greater numbers than in wildlife.

>>734094

> im pretty sure the guys who explored the arctic in the 18th century ate nothing but protien and seal blubber and almost died because they didnt eat any fiber or starch

Native primitive populations around the world are mostly eating meat with little plant food, and they survive just fine. But they also know which parts of the animal to eat and which ones to avoid.

>>734256

>In either case though, there really isn't anything "natural" about the human diet nowadays, most of the plants and animals we eat have been selectively bred to be more palateable, more nutritious, yeild more product, or or all of the above and this is a good thing.

That's not how it works. Breeding is not like turning a number of knobs to tune some parameters, there is no telling what else you end up changing in the process for the worse. You make a good point that humans have been eating grain for thousands of years, the grains we have been eating over the last century have nothing in common with those grains our ancestors ate. Since you brought up fruit, the fruit we eat today is much higher in sugar than it is naturally supposed to be. Case in point, monkeys in zoos are getting diabetes form modern-day bananas:

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/monkeys-banned-from-eating-bananas-at-devon-zoo-9058856.html

Pic related shows a wild banana compared to a human-bread banana.

> Constipation? You were getting none fiber.

No constipation for the entire duration. Fiber is just waste, so if you cut out fiber there is almost nothing to produce poop from. Maybe other food types can cause constipation, but I had no issues with only meat. That said, I only pooped every second day. It was no constipation, when I finally had to go it came out easily and only small amounts, so it's not like I was clogged up with shit.

> Pain? Swollen muscles joints? Pale skin?

None of those

> Low energy?

Yes, but I was low-energy before. I have health issues and I was trying lots of things, so I'm not really in the kind of mental state where I could blame it on the diet alone.

> You were getting little C and D and none vitamin K.

There seems to be an interesting thing going on with vitamins where you need less if you consume less food that competes with these vitamins for absorption. Basically, just because you eat X amount of a nutrient, doesn't mean that X amount of it will actually make it into your system. This is for example the reason why eating a fruit will raise your sugar levels less than if you squeezed the juice out of the fruit and threw the solid parts away.

Well I have to commend you for using the word "survive" because nearly any other way of putting it would carry the implication that their lifestyles are healthy, still I'd hate to have anyone interpret your sentences as meaning that imitating their diet is a good or even an okay thing to do.

https://www.minnpost.com/second-opinion/2014/08/fish-oil-and-eskimo-diet-another-medical-myth-debunked/

Its a myth that eskimos are at all healthy or don't get heart disease, they actually have higher rates of stroke and about the same heart disease risk as westerners. And if they were sedentary like americans are they'd probably have higher heart disease risk than even them tbh, though I doubt they'd chose to eat raw flesh if they had other options, and you kinda can't obtain a sedentary lifestyle without agriculture anyway. If you've ever tried to eat raw meat before you know that it dosen't have much flavor most of the time. Cooked almost always has more flavor. Eskimos really aren't a population to be looked up to, they are basically snow niggers when you think about it.

>They're dark skinned

>Cold Climate dwellers

>IQ lower than ours

>no civilization

>literally chucking spears like a bunch of fucking feather niggers did before whitey discovered the new world "stole their land"

>That's not how it works

Yes, yes it literally is,

> there is no telling what else you end up changing in the process for the worse.

That's why you stop breeding the plants that give you unpleasant surprises. You realize that many of these anti-nutrient boogymen these paleo types like to go on about were actual higher in the wild ancestors of most of our modern crops than in most of our modern crops right? Most plants that are harmful to eat in the long run have short term negative effects as well.

>the grains we have been eating over the last century have nothing in common with those grains our ancestors ate

I know right? Its not like both ancient and modern wheat are grasses or anything, totally different amiright? In all seriousness though, modern wheat has less of these anti-nutrient boogymen that these paleo dieters like to vilify than wild wheat does and its also got less gluten. Early strains of cultivated wheat were selectively bred to have more starch and less gluten than their wild counterparts, its only recently that gluten cocks in wheat crops has gone up again but even then, its still not as high as that of wild wheat.

>Since you brought up fruit, the fruit we eat today is much higher in sugar than it is naturally supposed to be.

First of all there is no "supposed to be" because nature does not have an intent, secondly you are wrong about that

If you are going to go there then you may as well argue that its impossible for 50+ year olds to have healthy diets because due to their high risk of b-12 deficiency they are reccomended to take supplements since they don't absorb it from food as well as young people. Considering most people above 50 are fucking booms I can't say I find the idea of all of them slowly dying unappealing, but hopefully you can already see the absurdity of that kind of reasoning.

B-12 is made by bacteria, the only reason meat has as much as it does, which honestly still isn't a ton since its proven to not be consistently adequate in people who have slightly below average ability to absorb it, is because 1 livestock are actually given b-12 supplements because due to modern sanitation practices they are at risk of deficiency as well, and 2, fecal contamination of the meat, it happens more than you think.

If you really want to go completely supplement free you have a choice of not washing your hands or showering at all and rolling around in manure like a pig, or eating actual shit, but I assume most people would rather not do that. Eating meat isn't really an alternative to b-12 supplementation since its pretty much just secondhand supplementation. When it comes to vitamin d there are only 4 ways to get enough, the first gives you skin cancer, the second is supplements, the third is a retarded cucknivore diet which will probably give you heart diease really quickly and the fourth is to blast mushrooms with a uv light or put them out in the sun so they'll produce d2 which raises serum levels the same as d3. Anyone who tells you otherwise hasn't read the medical literature, or has read it but never bothered to learn how to interpret it.

So which supplement-free dietary and lifestyle protocol do you want? The sun-bathing skin cancer causing look like you're 40 when you're 20, roll around in and eat shit one, or is is the limited sun exposure eskimo diet, be lucky to live to 60 because you've got twice the risk of stroke as a typical american and the same risk of heart disease one? Considering the supplement industry's complete lack of regulation I understand not being trusting of supplements, but with b-12 and d in particular the most basic bloodwork usually tests for these so its pretty easy to figure out whether or not you're getting ripped off and buying something that's mostly or only filler. Plus neither of these supplements are harmful unless you are mega-overdosing. B-12 in megadoses can worsen acne but its not hard to avoid a megadose, you'd just have to only take one pill like a normal person, vitamin d if you get too much can pull too much calcium into your blood which can fuck you up, but even 10,000 iu a day for a litttle while isn't going to do that and most people don't bother with such doses anyway. Only people i've seen take more than 6,000 iu a day of that are gymbros who think that more vit d automatically = more testosterone and gains. Really that's not how endocrinology works, its like thinking that more bricks = more brick houses built even though you've only hired one worker and he's already working double overtime. In any case these supplements are safer than the normal ways of getting these nutrients which is sunlight and risk of bacterial infections.

Panaceas and bogus silver bullets for health have been around for a long time. You ever hear the trope about a traveling circus selling miracle elixir?

Weak-willed, gullible and desperate people love it when someone tells them everything they want to hear, and have no concept of "too good to be true." A glug of jilly juice and rubbing some essential oils on your face is supposed to cure everything.

I'd say it's a bit more than that. They only believe what they do because some equally or more retarded was shown to be as such to them, so they become more susceptible to what that same person pushes. I've never once in my life met someone who was a vegan or meatfag solely on its own merits. It was always in response to hearing the alternative was terrible for you.

There are tons of natives that consume raw meat and high meat (fermented meat) usually it's fish, cow and goat. Raw pig's meat tastes terrible and chicken can give you salmonella. It's quite possible to eat raw meat as long as it's local and grassfed, industrial meat is usually laced with tons of shit (like amonia to kill parasites) because industrial rations are like steroids for parasites.

But he goes full retard on the plant shit (not even getting into his autistic intuitions about flat earth), native tribes will usually consume a high protein diet during winter and a high carb diet during summer, it will be function of what is available. The only folks who are almost meat exclusive (and also consume meat mostly raw) are Inuits and their cousins, since shit doesn't grow in the far north.

Still, he still is very anti-scientific, i don't know if he is well intended or just mentally ill, the way he talks and expresses feelings (those little random laughs between each sentence) kind of point to someone who is mimicking a normal person.

bce92e No.755763

>>755163

Yeah, what low-carbers and the more recent carnivore dieters either don't know or don't mention is that the parasites these natives get from eating raw flesh often have the effect of lowering serum cholesterol. That and many of these high-flesh/high-raw flesh, native tribes consume medicinal herbs on top of that. The massai are an often cited example of natives who consume fatty diets yet are in "good health" but really the only reason the massai aren't all fat and dying of heart attacks is because their food supply is inconsistent so they'll occasionally go for multiple days without eating and they consume a ton of medicinal herbs. Most of these carnivore dieters aren't eating diets which even remotely resemble those of the flesh-loving tribes they like to parade around. Shawn Baker and some of these other carnivore dieters mostly eat skeletal muscle tissue, but massai who are often used as examples of high-meat tribes got a significant portion of their calories from blood, which some of these meaters don't eat/drink at all.

>>755402

Actually carbs do provide a benefit. You do realize that its not just the muscles that store glycogen right? Its the brain and liver as well and the brain uses up a very significant portion of the calories you intake. Also red blood cells run exclusively on glucose, they will not use any other fuel not even ketones. Yeah, you can make carbs via gluconeogenesis but if all the extra protein you eat just ends up as carbs anyway it makes far more sense to just eat carbs directly. Also I'd really reccomend looking into de novo lipogenesis, conversion of carbs into bodyfat is actually LESS efficient than conversion of dietary fat into bodyfat, this idea that carbs will make you fat is just bro-science faggotry. If this retarded insulin theory were true then every fruitarian who dosen't eat tomatoes, cucumbers, and avacadoes exclusively would be fat and no low carbers would be overweight. And also with regards to insulin, no insulin secretion does not damage insulin receptors or the cells in the pancreas which secrete insulin, some fatty acids and other lipids however, actually do have negative effects on insulin sensitivity. Table sugar can contribute to or cause diabetes but only because since its pure calories without any fiber or phytochemicals which help to regulate the absoption rate of sugar into the blood stream it causes a spike in blood sugar, which then causes a dip. This dip in blood sugar then causes highenten triglycerides and remember what I said about lipotoxicity? Yeah, but this won't happen with most fruits or whole grains, white rice and white flour shit are best to stay away from though, if you do eat empty carbs - ones with no fiber or nutritional value at all its best to accompany the meal with vegetables since the fiber in them will probably help to blunt the blood sugar spikes from refined crap just a little bit. Also I'm pretty sure glycogen stores will oxidize with or without physical activity. The rate at which they do just goes up exponentially when excersizing. Glycogen stores in the muscles will need to be restored no matter what.

Its pretty ironic how these carnivore dieters think that plants are toxic yet extensive medical literature shows that its eating flesh that will lower your life expectancy and comparative anatomy between humans and mamalian carnivores, omnivores, and herbivores shows that human anatomy perfectly matches herbivore physiology. We literally have nothing in common with anatomical omnivores or carnivores, regardless of whether or not our behavior suggests otherwise. Contrary to popular belief herbivores can eat meat and won't die from it immediately the vast majority of the time, they just develop atherosclerosis as a consequence of that and run a risk of getting parasites and infections if they eat it raw.

https://www.ecologos.org/anatomy.htm

Considering all of the carnivore dieters who've posted bloodwork have LDL over 200 and high triglycerides as well its really only a matter of time before they get heart attacks unless infectious diseases or accidental deaths get them first. I mean their cholesterol scores are as high or higher than that of most obese people.
