No I have walked away from YouTube now, that will be my last video of that kind. I am now more of a spectator now rather than an active participant. I had gotten two community strikes from people flagging the other smaller segments from the documentary I uploaded since they were easier to take down. I had also gotten multiple privacy complaints since the start which forced me to add these blur squares that you see all over the place to avoid YouTube taking it down, but they kept on coming, and this fat fucking whale who publicly cosplayed as a character from the game went spastic that I showed her for literally 3 seconds and absolutely would not stop sending reports even if the face was blurred out, so I knew that the third strike was on the way and decided to nuke the channel myself, with another reason being that in my eyes, someone should make a better video on their own and have the documentary be replaced due to the flaws that are prevalent within it.
On a side note, according to the stop-yanderedev tumblr page, anyone who reuploads the documentary is an antisemite because I said Jew and autistic a couple of times which apparently gave some viewer PTSD flashbacks of being made fun of for being a Jew in middle school. Not even kidding

A big problem is the game isn't really being "developed" at this point. It's locked in feature creep. He keeps adding new side activities and minigames that are fun on their own, but really shit his pants and do nothing to move the game forward. The storyline is still a vague mess that hasn't gone anywhere, and there's still no win condition.
Hypothetical example:
>You know how there's a greenhouse in the game that doesn't do anything? I think you should be able to join the school's gardening club and grow plants there! At first it would be benign things like fruits and veggies to raise your health or flowers to give to senpai, but as you progress you can start growing drugs to brainwash other students, sell for profit, kill your enemies or plant on other girls to frame them!
That sounds like a fun way to kill other girls and max out your friendship with senpai, sure. But at this point the game has like fifty different ways to do that and no way to actually win or progress through the story. You're bloating the game with twenty different ways to do the same shit without actually developing it further.
How about some missions? How about Yandere Bitch walks into a marker and a mission starts? How about Akiko and Yandere go to try and bust a drug deal and end up having to chase down some vagos on a train? It could be episodic, like every update has a new mission that moves the story forward.

There's nothing wrong with the performance of if-else ladders. In the case of static code and prototyping-debugging, it can be very convenient, too. In his coding style, however, it's the dominant pattern for all logic, treated as a silver bullet.

Actually there are coders from Africa and other third world countries. Their code is usually very basic and is usually associated with shady shit, but it functions.
Anyone can code, but the time it takes to learn it and the quality you'll get from them varies wildly based on the individual.

My only experience with programming comes from tinkering with doom .wads in SLADE and even I can see how cluttered this spaghetti code is.
One thing I learned when making .wads is to make shit organized and tidy, a DECORATE file including a bunch of other decorates which contain multiple actors, etc. Immediately just from looking at his code, I can deduce that he doesn't know how to make one universal action, or perhaps a function, for the majority of characters.
