We learned what we needed, that /christian/ is moderated (at least in part) by insolent, spiteful young Roman Catholics. They're caught up in a system where they're constantly trying to out-"trad" one another in their bubbles on Twitter, discord and the board, to where they're never really challenged.
This in group preference is exactly like that of leftists, who don't consider dissenting voices to be worthy of consideration. They censor the board based on their views, and arbitrarily at that.
I know some of you guys are cross posting there, this should be a wake up call. It is not an even playing field.

Mostly it seems to be an online phenomenon, because I've never met any in person.
It's easier to act proud and arrogant online than in person, since you're dealing with a physical human being rather than text and words.
In addition, trads assume that all of church history is theirs, so any Protestant is just a silly dumb backwoods heretic who needs to become a Papist.
But, even trads disagree among themselves. More radical trads will go the sedevacantist (that the last few popes weren't actually popes and Vatican II was a false council) route or other ridiculous positions (conclavism, sediprivationism, etc.).

Got told to repost my ban here. I just got perma banned from /christian/ due to 'heresy'. I have never seen such a ban before. The last time I checked, the board was for all Nicene Christians, not just Caths. So why am I getting perma banned for counter-signalling specifically Rome's Marian dogmas? At this point they should just ban everyone who is not in communion with Rome and rename the board /Catholic/ to get rid of the ambiguity. Ridiculous

You're replacing good values with forcible taxation which causes people to resent people on welfare more than they would a person relying on charity.
