Drawing, reading genuine waifu stuff, listening to creepypasta narrations, posting, and talking with friends. I've been thinking I should get more hobbies but since having gotten a job and needing to keep up with my workouts I feel tired more often. I would like to draw more too, I'm way too lazy about it. I'm mainly an anime guy and it's been like 5 years since I last finished a videogame. Is there such a thing as comfy videogames? If so, can anyone recommend me so some good ones to play on friday nights?

The closest thing I know of is Katawa Shoujo but I think that's more so because of the OST plus it's a VN so there isn't any real gameplay. Others I've played that kind of had a comfy feel to it were Recettear and some obscure Japanese 3D platformer I sadly can't figure the name of but it's on steam so I might find out later.

I personally enjoy flying DCS and reading a good book at the same time.

1) Pick plane you like

2) Slap on fuel-tanks and fill her up

3) set weather to worst conditions imaginable (night, stormy, no moon)

4) take off using instruments only

5) set course for some distant airport

6) try to get above the clouds with maximum fuel load

7) read book while listening to engine noise, occasionally correct course

8) set up instruments for instrument only landing

9) contact ATC

10) attempt to land

Well, they're just the Oxford World classics editions (it's my go to for most things). I like the translations and found them a fun read, but I'm no expert in Latin translation so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Can energy drinks be comfy?

I've never thought of them as comfy, always as something I use to get uncomfy, if that makes sense… However I recently had a yerba mate energy drink that, while perking me up, had a very comfy feel.

Comfy doesn't necessarily have to mean sleepy. I usually need an energy drink to get through the day.

Went to a vintage store, walked out having bought something cool, bought some cinnamon rolls at the nearby Kroger, got two pizzas from Dominos, then ate pizza while watching Jurassic Park. Somehow I'm super tired but it was an easy day. Before all that I talked a friend through something tough and he left from the conversation feeling motivated and happier so I'm glad I could do that for him.

I'm trying to find a job, but I haven't been too productive about it. I have some cake downstairs, and I've been thinking about some past interactions I've had.

Spent the day cycling out in the rain, which came and went from drizzle to dry all day. Took the long route to stop by for lunch at a good place I know downtown.

I stopped at the library and read for a good while on a random collection of epigrams and aphorisms I found, written by Chamfort, a late 18th century French writer. Someone played the piano somewhere across the small and deep courtyard, I recognized a piece from Philip Glass among them. "Opening" from "Glassworks", I think it was.

"There are more people who wish to be loved than there are who are willing to love."

It's late over here, I should go to bed. There are things in need of being done tomorrow.

I finished it awhile ago. Most of it seemed very commonsenseical (A thing is it's essence and that is how things are, a thing can be made of properties but is not itself just the collection of those properties, etc) so I'm pretty sure that a good chunk of it went over my head.

I guess the most "striking" thing would be his arguments with Platonic Metaphysics but my favorite part was Aristotle's summery of past Philosophy in the first section.
