What's your hobby, anon.

Anything you do for fun or maybe because it's useful?

Pretty comfy css, the bar at the bottom is too big for the screen and it pisses me off, but changing the .pages css size to 99% fixes it.

I'm currently fucking around with circuits. It's pretty fun but I do end up burning a lot of LEDs because of dumb mistakes.

I'm trying to see how far I can get without something like a Raspberry PI, because it feels like cheating, and without ICs because they're too expensive and I can only get electronic components from the interwebs and the shipping costs are retarded.

Currently I'm trying to make a simple 3 bits binary adder. I managed to make the carryout part with a breadboard and the schematics are done, next I'll try to make the abstract fuckery that is the actual sum in my breadboard, then pass it onto a PCB.

Also, yes, I'm using diodes as fucking OR gates.

I mainly watch anime. I also hoard art from boorus and Pixiv, specifically of girls wearing sneakers because I've got a thing for that.

As for useful things, I've been trying to learn some basic Japanese but my progress is slow. I also used to program a bit in the past but I quit because I wasn't very good at it and often didn't understand much of it beyond basic stuff but I'm thinking of picking it up again. I also like reading Wikipedia articles on somewhat obscure subjects.

"Obscure subjects"? Any examples? I'd like some comfy reading whenever I have the time.

I dabble in fringe science and have this idea that a sustainable technological system could be created via sound/vibrational energy. I spend time working, smoking weed (only after work don’t worry anon), tinkering with guitar and exploring remaining mysteries of our world.

I like working hard. It sounds dumb but when I go out in the morning on a saturday and spend hours tilling a field with a mattock like a peasant from the 12th century it makes plopping down on my butt watching the sunset feel so much more real, the music I listen to sounds like it has much more feeling in it. Food smells better and tastes better.

Primarily, I collect Transformers and LEGO. And of course, I am a voracious reader of sci-fi and fantasy. I also have some constructive hobbies, I enjoy origami and papercraft, assembling Metal Earth steel models, and creating things with a 3D printer. There's an incredible satisfaction taking the journey from a concept or whim, to a shape in a CAD or modeling program, to solid object. I would highly recommend a 3D printer for those with a creative bent, desktop FDM models and even high-definition SLA printers are becoming more and more affordable.

Pleb. I myself am currently watching Hyouka and am planning on watching Kidou Senkan Nadesico somewhere in the near future.

I might watch Asobi Asobase once it ends airing though, that's the only thing that's currently airing that actually seems interestng.

Drawing, reading genuine waifu stuff, listening to creepypasta narrations, posting, and talking with friends. I've been thinking I should get more hobbies but since having gotten a job and needing to keep up with my workouts I feel tired more often. I would like to draw more too, I'm way too lazy about it. I want to write in my diary more too, it's therapeutic for me.
