I showed a video of people playing it with a wheel to my dad the other week and he was in awe (he's been out of the vidya loop for about a decade, but now has the PC I built for him). Worst feel, cut back on the drink lad. Also, buy some effervescent hydration tablets from tesco or whatever. I like to make a big jug of water and put a couple tablets in if I'm ever getting drunk. Hydrates much better than water and is cheaper than buying isotonic sports drinks.

I definitely agree with you, back when I was in uni I had a period when I was consistently getting up at 7AM and I was always in a great mood, always ended up going on early morning walks and getting a hit chocolate in Costa. It was a really nice routine tbh.
Currently I just can't get my sleeping schedule in the right rythm for that now, I'm working the later shifts and getting up at 8:30 right now and even that is providing difficult.
