Actually, whats in the manga is that Shigaraki looks like the first OfA holder whiles Deku looks kinda like AfO. That and that his dad is missing and he is the one who gets to unlock all the past quirk. But I highly doubt it. The theory is practically based on Star Wars and Hori being a SW fan.
I much rather believe that Deku and Shigaraki are (likely second) cousins though. Since Nana and Inko have both a telekinetic quirks and both are very similar in looks.
