They did the paint right. I was worried because it took so long and the reasons for the delays was "The paint quality didn't meet our standards." So that could have gone one of two ways: the paint was Chinese lead paint shit made by suicidal factory workers making $0.03 a day and they're shooting for acceptable or their standards are really high and this is why they usually leave the painting up to the customer. Thankfully it was the later but I'm not licking her to find out how sweet her lead paint tastes. The picture I took doesn't do the figure justice as the colors in the clear part of the plastic doesn't shine through very well on my shitty phone camera. I guess what I mean is get excited because it's going to look even better in person. Looking at her makes me smile especially after how long I waited.

This should be the last of December for me. Ai Ninomiya. It's a very bright figure as you can see how washed out the colors look in the photos. The sculpting is very good though. My favorite character from Amanchu despite the very high competition from that show. I'm glad she got a scale.

I've bought 12 preowned figures from Amiami. The rankings are ridiculously strict in typical Japanese fashion which means you can save a lot for not really any reason. I mainly scout for B or C ranked figures as there's deep discounts for those and they're practically brand new. Also an A ranked figure with a C box is pretty much perfect. Most of the time you're getting a good discount for a tiny tear or slight dent in the corner of a box that might have never been opened. If you're really paranoid about semen get a black light and latex gloves but it's not like you're licking the thing. Don't get a D or below. As rare as they are they will be missing pieces at worst. Pic related is my B ranked Galko with C box I got for over 40% off for reference. If you're worried please don't be. The only downside to preowned over preordering is availability.
