Who are the Middlemen?

Pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) is a third-party administrator of prescription drug programs. In 2016 there were fewer than 30 major PBM companies in this category in the US, and three major PBMs (Express Scripts, CVS Health, and OptumRx of UnitedHealth Group) comprise 78% of the market and cover 180 million enrollees.

Wholesale drug distributors purchase medications directly from manufacturers. The wholesale drug distributor in turn sells the medications to pharmacies. Behemoths Cardinal Health Inc., McKesson Corp. and AmerisourceBergen Corp. have a virtual lock on the wholesale drug market with at least 90% and as much as 95% of all revenue.

The top seven dispensing pharmacies—CVS Health, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Cigna, UnitedHealth Group, Walmart, Kroger, and Rite Aid—accounted for about 70% of U.S. prescription dispensing revenues in 2019.

The 10 largest health insurers collectively wrote 51.8 percent of premiums in the total U.S. market: UnitedHealth Group, Kaiser Foundation, Anthem, Humana, CVS Health, Health Care Service Corp., Centene Corp., Cigna, WellCare Health Plans (Centene) and Molina Healthcare.

The worldwide pharmaceutical market was worth about $1.3 trillion in 2019.

The 10 largest pharmaceutical companies accounted for about a third of that, worth a collective $392.5 billion in revenue. The top 10 pharmaceutical companies, ranked by revenue: Pfizer, Roche, Novartis, Merck, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, AbbVie, Sanofi, Bristol-Myers Squibb and AstraZeneca

Almost all of these US corporations are dominated by just three giant American asset managers: BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street. The Big Three has entailed a massive concentration of corporate ownership. Together they have nearly US$11 trillion in assets under management. That’s more than all sovereign wealth funds combined and over three times the global hedge fund industry. The largest 14 largest firms control US$28.9 trillion assets under management.

Quick Durham news rundown:

FISA warrants were used by members of the the intelligence community, at the behest of the Obama administration, to illegally spy on Trump (and others), in order to prevent him from being elected.

The FISA courts are these obfuscated, private courts which determine who and who cannot be spied upon. They are unlike any other court in the land, in that someone can't defend themselves in it.

They're also something of a rubber stamp factory.

To get a FISA warrant, you need to have a good reason and present your case, since basically, this court is designed to violate everyone's 4th Amendment rights by design.

One of the ways Trump was targeted was by spying on people close to him. FISA warrants allow for several "hops." So if you get a warrant to spy on, idk, Tom, and Tom talks to Harry, you can now spy on Harry as well, since Harry is now deemed a person of interest. And if Harry talks to Trump, you can now spy on Trump.

IE: The Intelligence Apparatus was ordered by Obama to spy on people in close proximity to Trump, in order to hide the fact that Trump was the intended target of the spying.

Kevin Clinesmith is now pleading guilty to fabricating evidence used to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on Carter Page, which was really used to spy on Trump.

And remember the stakes here: This was all to frame Trump as working with the Russians to steal the election. That's treason. That's potentially public execution. They were willing to have Trump and others executed, if need be.

Which means… this whole spying operation is actually the real treason.

Which means… we want to know how high up this goes. (In fact, we know. It goes to basically all the heads of the Intelligence community, and into the Oval Office, all the way up to Obama and Biden).

So questions now emerge:

Who knew Clinesmith fabricated this email?

Who ordered him to fabricate the email?

Clinesmith is something of an underling. Not a huge player, and will probably be imprisoned for a loooooong time. But the people above him have got to be panicking heavily right now, because their heads are next on the chopping block.

If Clinesmith agreed to plead guilty, it's because they have these people dead-to-rights, and he's only doing so to minimize his own sentence.

Black Lives Matter (BLM), as well as many equity, equal rights and social justice groups, are Democrat political organizations.

Q pointed this out with his link to Obama's George Floyd banner, and we know ActBlue and BLM are Democrat fundraising organizations.

It's a simple paradigm created by the Left.

Words matter, as word usage creates a mental description, which then classifies and categorizes. The Left creates this narrative in advance to suppress the Right.

Many entities, public companies, etc. have policies prohibiting political speech. By categorizing conservative speech as "political" but categorizing liberal leftist speech as "equality" and "diversity", the Left has weaponized our language, prohibiting discrimination against leftist thought, and banning speech supporting conservative thought. Democrat political groups are NOT identified as political groups, while conservative groups and beliefs are.

Goodyear et al. have/had policies suppressing MAGA, Blue Lives Matter (support for law enforcement) and All Lives Matter. They categorize these as political. Leftist mainstream media describes and names them as such, and the silent conservative majority unfortunately go along, blind to the consequences.

However they describe BLM, LGBTQ, etc. as social justice, equal rights groups, so even though they are in fact political, they are held to a different standard than conservative topics.

To defend and gain equality of discourse, we need to level the playing field. That may entail a high court ruling based upon a discrimination suit so that:

1) Democrat-supported funded groups are deemed political, regardless of what they self-describe, or

2) MAGA, Blue, All Lives Matter are deemed equity, equal rights or social justice groups.

The Left weaponizes words, laws, and policies. The Right generally does a poor job of revealing/countering the Left's covert and seemingly unrelated schemes. Thus we let them legally discriminate against us. This is how the Left's organized minority can subvert and control culture. The silent majority had weak leadership until Donald Trump came along. We really need to develop a strong information control program to prevent the Left from dominating words. Look at how they defined these words, and we let them get away with it:

'Progressive': socialism is not progress for the majority.

'Patriot': the Left and Google (Alphabet makes words) are making this a racist description.

So to defend, we need to understand and counter the tactic of redefining (branding) words to create new definitions, which then become belief descriptors.

The Left changes words in plain view, trying to make "pedo" a non-derogatory term, while they redefine "nation" and "patriot" as racist terms. We need to wake up and control the words now.

WASHINGTON — The Central Intelligence Agency announced Monday the launch of its first-ever federal lab, a new internal organization that will allow its officers to obtain patents and licenses for intellectual property they create while working at the agency.

The new office, called CIA Labs, will be an in-house research and development office through which the spy agency will develop the future technology it needs for intelligence collection for national security, while also helping U.S. economic security, according to Dawn Meyerriecks, head of CIA’s Directorate of Science and Technology, in an agency press release.

In a speech last week at the Intelligence and National Security Summit, Meyerriecks listed several broad areas where the agency has intellectual property that could “change the conversation” around key emerging technologies. She listed 5G, battery technology, augmented and virtual reality, artificial intelligence and machine learning, computation, geospatial information representation, navigation, and analytics as areas of focus.

“It’s an endless list that we collectively own, but the world desperately needs,” Meyerriecks said. “And if your attitude is ‘I will get this to production and then I will wait for the next procurement opportunity,’ then we are collectively part of the problem, not part of the solution.”

She added that the agency already has two provisional patents, but didn’t go into detail.

If the CIA itself owns patents, it can

(1) withhold patent licensing altogether (I think) - although there is a different path for protecting innovations that have national security implications, the patent applications never result in granted patents or the patents are under a gag order and are never seen by the public

(2) license patents on uniform terms and conditions

I do not think it is permissible under current law to license patents to one licensee but refuse to license to other licensees on equivalent terms & conditions.

But maybe if the government is the patent holder the requirements are different from those that apply to private industry.

There might be different laws or EOs that apply.

"Wages" are money paid in exchange for the performance of labor—not for the products of labor, but for the performance of labor itself.

"Demand for commodities," to quote John Stuart Mill, "is not demand for labour." In buying commodities, one does not pay wages, and in selling commodities, one does not receive wages.

In the pre-capitalist economy, if such an economy ever in fact existed, all income recipients in the process of production are workers. But the incomes of those workers are not wages. They are, in fact, profits. Indeed, all income earned in producing products for sale in the pre-capitalist economy is profit or "surplus value"; no income earned in producing products for sale in such an economy is wages. Wages are not the primary form of income in production. Profits are.

Accordingly, the profits which exist in a capitalist society are not a deduction from what was originally wages. On the contrary, the wages and the other money costs are a deduction from sales receipts—from what was originally all profit. The effect of capitalism is to create wages and to reduce profits relative to sales receipts.

Thus, capitalists do not impoverish wage earners, but make it possible for people to be wage earners. For they are responsible not for the phenomenon of profits, but for the phenomenon of wages.

And if wage earners want a larger relative share for wages and a smaller relative share for profits, they should want a higher economic degree of capitalism—they should want more and bigger capitalists.

The correct theory, as well as the actual history, is the exact opposite of the doctrine of the primacy of wages.
