You're either stuck with an unreadable meme translation made by someone knows English less than Japanese, or the official unfinished translation that hasn't even been scanned.

Most of the non-erotic manga I read which I'm aware is or at least think is untranslated are short Kirara CGDCT 4-koma series and short yuri series or anthologies. Not that I go out of my way to check if something's translated. My favorite of the bunch is probably トモダチヅクリ. It's been a while since I read it, but the primary running gags revolved around the two main girls' awkwardness and the closeness of their relationship being suspect. May not be everybody's cup of tea and it certainly could have done some things differently for the better, but I guess I just really liked the characters and enjoyed the interaction between them.
