People still care about Bleach? Why would you celebrate a series that started out decently and ended horribly? The only thing of recent note he did was a one-shot called Burn the Witch. The only other work I see listed is that he's an author on Shin Sakura Taisen the Comic. Hasn't he thought of doing a new series? Hell, he could revive Zombie Powder if he's really out of ideas. Has he been a mangaka break since bleach eneded or is that all he wants to be known for, other than zombie powder?

Putting aside the merits and demerits, Bleach It's de facto part of a golden generation, and Kubo himself is still one of the most revered mangakas to ever grace shonen jump, revered by other professionals for his artstyle and character designing.

Does this guy got some dirt on the manga and anime industry because I can't think of any good reason to bring back the Bleach anime to do the final arc and even give an anime ova I'm assuming for the meh Burn the Witch one-shot. It sounds like SJ is just really desperate. Bleach got axed, because it was tanking in the polls, and it deserved to get the axe. The entire story was getting pulled out of Kubo's ass once Aizen fell, and the pacing was awful. Kubo got insanely lazy with his artwork, with one of the most infamous instances being "The Heart."
As for the rest of the Big Three, I blame Kishi for the abortion that is Boruto. Naruto should have ended with the Pain arc. The Ninja World War arc was just retarded in retrospect, and led to stupid shit like aliens. I have no idea how Oda is doing with OP. I lost a lot of interest with Fishman Island, and I generally stopped caring after the time-skip. The last arc I followed, resulted in the Sunny teleporting out of Big Momma's explosion.

Bleach has a lot of delusional fans. Even when shit was falling apart, they defended it to the death. A lot of people that followed Bleach after Aizen did so because they had already spent so much time on the series, but they acknowledged how terrible it had become. I still remember the good laughs that the Arlong Park forums had over the shit that Kubo was pulling out of his ass during and after Hueco Mundo.
Having said all of that, pre-Hueco Mundo Bleach was great. Kubo can be a great artist, but he is not a writer, and he's admitted as much in the past. He'd rather draw than write. If Kubo is going to do more Bleach, he needs to be limited to the artwork, and leave the writing to someone else.
