As far as I know, what happened is that while Towa was afk, two unidentified men started talking for a brief period on a discord of sorts, then when Towa came back and saw the chat about it she panicked and said that was staff. On a later stream she apologized and said that it was actually friends. The meltdown was not necessarily because men were heard (although ANTIS tried to make a big deal out of it) but also because there could have been serious potential leaks while she was live.
