Let's organize an experiment on undercover subversion. We'll pick a web community to infiltrate and see if we can influence the users to change their opinions and patterns of behavior over time. also i think we should decide the details of the event and date from now on. by some mediums (strawpoll etc).
there are some details that need to be finalised
1.target (example, stormfront, 4chan /pol/)
2.MO (new thread, slow exposure, sudden introduction and pretending it already exists)
3.incentives for derailers and unrecepective people (shunning, disregarding, ridicule etc.)
we should mark down a certain number of objectives and depending on our execution and penetration of the meme in a given period ( 7 days,30 days,180 days, 365 days)
also quality of execution (i.e the points in our agenda which are completed) should be considered
(no of goals)÷(quality of execution)= penetration quotient
(complete penetration time period i.e time in which all objectives are completed) ÷ desiginated time period = sucess quotient
for example if a meme has 100 objectives and 50 points of agenda
and 180 days of designated penetration time period. and 50% points of agenda are used and we get a instant completion of 15 goals then the penetration quotient for that moment is 1(ideally it's best if max penetration quotient is regarded as 2)
if all goals are completed in 60 days
then the sucess quotient is 3 if they're completed in 360 days it's 0.5.
also do we use KYM &ED to track our progress. do we interfere with the recorded history of the meme.

- 4chan's /pol/ is the prime candidate for the first research project. However, we should begin considering options for future projects as soon as possible. Projects focusing on websites requiring usernames (like Reddit or Stormfront) will need to be planned well in advance.
- MO is definitely an issue that needs discussion. Any of the methods you mention could work. A slower "organic" approach could reduce suspicion and increase receptivity, while a more bombastic approach might be faster or more effective.
- We also need to determine which disincentives to apply against unreceptive people and to what degree they should be applied.
- There are several objectives/measures of effectiveness listed on the Titanpad. They could use more concrete metrics though and they are not currently assigned priority levels.
- Nobody needs to know about /32/ besides us. If Encyclopedia Dramatica or Know Your Meme makes an article for the meme we create then it could potentially be used to gauge our progress. However, the article shouldn't be edited or tampered with (at least, not for any reason I can think of). Even in a worst-case scenario in which the TA uncovers the origin of the meme and /32/ is mentioned in the article, attempting to remove it could produce something like the Striesand Effect.

Narcissism. I know, I know, shilling, but this one should be easy as it's not introducing a new idea. The description "SJW" is a dog whistle, to us it means narcissist even if we don't think about it, but not to others. Maybe just changing the language a bit.
