PIP「績效改進計畫」（Performance Improvement Plan, 簡稱PIP）
PIP「機密資訊保護」（Proprietary Information Protection, 簡稱PIP）
前者用意是迫使員工在一定時間內提升表現，倘若無法達標即有解雇之風險，也經常被認為是公司用來淘汰員工的潛規則；
米果指的應該是後者，後者貌似也是台GG一直有的傳統規範之一
