本名 一之瀨千鶴（一ノ瀬（いちのせ） ちづる）。
在「Diamond」事務所擔任出租女友，初登場時是新人，平均分是最高分5星，排名首位。在意自己的表現，因和也在首次租借後給予1星，平均分下降至4.7星，與和也爭執。所以在此之前是有12.333個人給過五星嗎？實際上這個分數應該是四捨五入的結果，詳見討論。
練馬大學文學部一年級生，與木之下和也就讀同一所大學。租住練馬區的某公寓，與和也相鄰。奶奶和和也奶奶也是住院時的好友。本故事情節推動全靠意外
擔任出租女友時，主要髮型是長直配側辮子，穿著不同款式的裙子（和也稱她為「S級美少女」）。在學時穿土氣的服飾，綁雙麻花辮、戴眼鏡除了和也沒人認出是同一個人，近乎超人/克拉克·肯特級別的變裝。
漫畫設定上是「黑髮」，但封面及彩頁多用深棕色頭髮。
顯露本性時眼睛會變成貓眼。
在tv版中，千鶴的聲優是雨宮天，麻美的聲優是悠木碧。

目前觀察到的規則是
同一串中只要使用同一個IP應該不論過多久都會顯示成同一組ID
但是這個IP到別串就會留下另一組不同的ID
也就是說這邊的寫法應該是
方便你在同一個"討論"串中認人
但並不照顧你在別串也能夠認到他
畢竟"貼圖討論版"最初就不是為了"掛圖角色扮演"而存在的
所以我想本就來自國外的貼圖討論版
會以更貼近貼圖討論的性質來寫其實說得過去
