it will always survive as some niche because nerds love it but WWE going down and AEW failing will kill off america's interest in it
Japan and Mexico are different entirely and i doubt it'll ever truly die there

American pro wrestling will probably die soon since it's on life support right now.

Do you mean what will kill WWE? Pro Wrestling is just fine right now on the indie scene, it's only WWE that's bleeding like a stuck pig, actually interest in wrestling in general seems to be on the rise vs 10 years ago. As for what will finally kill WWE: Nothing, they have too much money, however Vince will die, hand the reigns to the King of Kings and it will probably at the least stabilize.

*American* Pro-Wrestling was dead a couple decades ago as Corny has already expertly detailed in numerous interviews. Once it became a known method to draw huge money, that is enough money to attract normie business interests that had no idea what the traditions of carnies entailed it was already destined to die. WWE has been a monstrous money printing zombified result of its death, and that zombie is currently withering and rotting due to somewhat senile and eminently arrogant leadership. We shall see if Haitch is enough of an adept necromancer to keep it from becoming dust in the coming decades once Vince finally shits his suitpants and fucks off to the great beyond. If HHH is as skilled as I suspect he is, then the business of sports entertainment will be born anew and continue to print money in some capacity.
Pro-wrestling globally however is doing *ok* as there are still numerous companies who are firmly in the control of wrestling carnies who understand the business. As long as those types stay in control the business will continue to exist, even flourish.
