So what's your favorite Williams Classic and why? For me, it's Joust. Everything from the movement, to the simple yet addicting joust melee has me playing for hours. The game would be better if that cockblocking pterodactyl didn't show up every 5 seconds though.

The pterodactyl shows up more often in the Lynx version, and maybe also the IBM PC VGA version AFAIK. I have a physical copy of the Lynx version, so I can tell for sure on that one.

I like joust the best but sinistar has the best sound design. I want to like sinistar more but I am terrible at it.

Defender is fucking brilliant. The control scheme was a masterstroke, it's like a brutal arcade racer on manual transmission.
