I found these in the street.The guy wanted $5 for each but I gave him $5 for both.
They work damn well except for the analog sticks. One has a stuck left analog and the other has a dead right analog and a random left analog.
So I need to replace at least three of them.
Is that even posible? Are the parte being sold anywhere?

I took this cheap ass original Xbakws contrailer apart once beacuase the right analog stick was funky and just carefully superglued the metal pointy thing onto the rubbery stick inside and that worked great.
TL;DR; take it apart, work your brain, fix it.
