Trochę pierdolisz anonie, meldunek nie daje żadnego prawa do mieszkania. Choć policjanci faktycznie na to patrzą.
Można takiego syna wyeksmitować, chyba że nie jest jeszcze w stanie samodzielnie się utrzymać i rodzice powinni go alimentować w ten sposób. Ale sądownie to trochę by trwało, w zależności od lokalizacji to tak min. 9 miesięcy do paru lat xd
