All suggestions welcome. Currently making artillery only spam in dark reign 2 and ctrl clicking the map until the ai runs out of resources.

Dawn of War 2 with add-ons. You have both conventional artillery and orbital strikes. Also guys in terminator armor can have shoulder-mounted rocket launchers that can do indirect fire. The key to winning boss battles with HP bloat on higher difficulties is nailing them with orbital.

Company of Heroes - can build arty emplacements, deploy mobile arty or call off map. Very satisfying and I myself used to fuck around with it a lot on maps with chokepoints.
