Start with Re;Birth 1 to test the waters, then play Re;Birth 2 and/or Re;Birth 3 (with the Re;Translations), and then V-II.

Translation Statuses are:
HDN, HDN Mk2 and Victory: NISA cancer.
Re;Birth 1 and V-II: Translation is alright, no worries from these ones.
Re;Birth 2: Not obviously bad at the start, but gets much worse as it goes along: in particular Neptune and Ram were screwed hard during localization. However, there is a Re;Translation made on our very own board (see above links).
Re;Birth 3: Better than the original NISA translation in Victory but still quite a lot of cancer. Main game has been retranslated, translators still required to translate DLC content.
All of the spin-offs: Varying translation quality. These range from cancer to mediocre. Recent releases have been somewhat better overall.

Cheat table that includes removing tilt and zoom limits in Re;Birth 1. Tilt limit removal in dungeons has never worked for me, and tilt limit removal in equipment screens suddenly stopped working for me, but removing zoom limit is still very useful for dungeons.

I'm in Chapter 5 of Re;Birth 1. The gameplay is boring as balls, the story feels bland, and the characters all feel like generic archetypes save Nep and Vert. The only flavors they add are more references in a game already full of references and a mix between a seducive older animu grill and a gamer animu grill. It feels like nearly half the jokes in the game are Nep and/or Compa mispronouncing shit, which is only funny the first several times. With the way a large number of enemies are reused without even a fucking palette swap, but rather just a name change, it feels like I'm playing a low grade hentai game sans the hentai. Palette swaps are the bare fucking minimum when it comes to reusing enemy assets in 99% of games and expecially JRPGs, yet they couldn't even be arsed to do that for roughly 75% of reused enemies so far. I was also immensely disappointed when you fight Arfoire who is bragging about being able to beat you by combining the copied powers of two goddesses. Nep even questions if that's possible if I recall correctly. But rather than fusing the HDD forms of both Blanc and Vert for something new and more powerful, she just fights as Blanc's HDD. I suppose I shouldn't have expected anything though considering this game is setting new lows for standards in asset reuse.
The worst part is this is the "improved" version of the game.

Is there decent crafting? Does the combat have more depth? Does equipment matter more than in Neptunia VII? Weapons were so fucked up in the last one and I never even bothered to upgrade the armor because it was pointless.

VII has much improved gameplay from the rebirth series. VIIR keeps those improvements but then tried adding some strange counterattack system that broke the game balance. Its still much better than rebirth games, but it does apparently make the game impossible to lose if you know how to abuse it. Having not played it myself, i dont know if its something that happens automatically or if you have to set it up yourself.

If she's in her powered state, then there's no question, it's death. Almost nothing will stop her since she can eradicate entire continents single handedly, and was only stopped by being surrounded by anti-share crystals, and by the might of multiple goddesses. If she's not in that state and just very angry, it's still difficult to determine since there was never a time that she was not enraged in a non-empowered state. Assuming that she will be as powerful as regular human form goddesses, her combat capabilities are somewhat unknown but if using her goddess form as basis it seems that she's the caster type, which means the fact that I'll be in line of sight of her is already death. Spellcasters don't fuck around.
So it seems no matter the situation, both scenarios end up in a loss, but if for some reason since her powers can apparently be freely passed around like a hot potato, if she's in that state then she's completely human and can mostly be taken down like any other person and restrained until time passes and the enraged state subsides.

Even if you start a new localization company odds are you pick up at least a couple of people involved in or who want to be involved in and eventually are the clique. they also slowly replace any people you may get who actually want to translate games well

Once one gets in your localization company is over.
Learning the language is only a time and effort investment and doesn't require nearly as much extreme constant vigilance or money.

Compared to what? Re;birth 1 or the original? For Re;birth 1, bugger-all. Different music. Generally higher difficulty, different main cast, gloomier overall feel. Core game is almost identical. Re;birth 3 improves some menus and removes SP. Special attacks now use EXE Gauge, as do EXE Drives. Returns to being more silly, adds Nepstation, and unfortunately reverts the dungeon music to the Re;birth 1 ones.

Producing Perfection was marketed as an Idol game, but it's more of a visual novel with an idol setting. It's pretty fun but not very deep.
Hyperdevotion Noire is okay, but the gameplay is kind of lacking. It's not bad, but if you like tactical turn based RPGs, you might find it a bit inferior to other ones.
U is like the alpha version of an action game. It's awful. There's no character customization. The game is not balanced at all. There's zero depth to the game. Blanc vs Zombies is basically a beta version of the same game. It's a bit better mechanically than U but then they got rid of the clothes breaking which was the only part of U worth it. The game is still really bad. The only redeeming quality Blanc vs Zombies had was the multiplayer but it never worked.

On Re;Birth 2. In the process of rasing Lowee's shares to 50% I lowered Lastation's to 0%. A new event occured there where Noire was working too hard, without the story moving forward. I'm not sure if it appeared before or after I got Blanc, but I got this line which I very much enjoyed replaying. Are there events or other things that can occur only when shares of a nation or group of nations are lowered to a certain amount? That is, exlcuding endings.
On second thought, now that I've seen the whole scene, it was definitely because I got Blanc and thus all the CPUs.
