Azért az nem ilyen egyszerű. Nemtudom mennyire akarsz belefolyni de egyrészt a legles leg nagyobb külömbség az izomelernyedés és a hallucinációk (azaz már el sem aludsz de már álmodsz) Na most mindkettőben volt részem, de nem elég rendszeresen hogy azt tünetnek lehessen nevezni. Ez abból derült ki hogy csináltak egy MSLT (nappali alvásvizsgálat, 3-4 tesztet csinálnak 2 óránként. A teszt 20 percig tart és azt nézik hogy mikor alszol el. Na egy normális ember ezen nem alszik el. 8 perc alatt az minden alkalommal már kvalifikál hypersomiára/narcolepsziára. Na én kettőször öt perc alatt, harmadszorra 3 perc alatt aludtam be, az utolsó alkalommal már mély alvást is elértem. Annyi hogy REM alvás kevesebb volt, ami egy másik külömbség. HA érdekel angol oldalakon találsz jobb elemzéseket/leírásokat.
