Through the events since 11.10.11 / 11.11.11… the process for the OWCP was thought to be completed. The thieves who thought they got the whole picture didn't.
I finished the system, cracked the code in real estate for short sales. Those who stole my ideas and my techniques even went as far as shut me down. Crooked lawyers and help from the bar association. What they did not realize is I held cards close to my chest.
I'm not telling you this to brag. But to inform, I was very much illuminati ( I didn't see it at the time.) I went Rogue! You can too.
This system is a mix of Reo, Probate, mortgage loans and mixed greatly with Short Sale.
So a short sale is nothing more than unhanging a mortgage loan. Unhanging meaning getting the loan reversed and forgiven for less than owed. Why would a bank do this? When an asset (good standing loan) becomes a liability ( delinquent) the bank needs the liquidity to give more loans. So they have insurance on a mortgage whether you pay they get $$$ and when you don't they get more $$$…
Now I'll go into more detail. ABC's person A (Homeowner) B (investor) C (bank) D(€nd Buyer). When A fell behind on mortgage the C starts a foreclosure process. But when a third party gets financial rights (deed) of a property signed over and it is recorded, then B can speak on behalf of the A to C. Then person B makes a written offer to C and then starts the negotiations to "forgive" (settle debt). (This is almost the same routine for settlement of credit card debt) after the offer is submitted to C they will send out the BPO(Brokers price opinion) "imf" to appraise the value of the property in question. (Debt to some degree is currency) after the appraisal the bank will attempt to negotiate. Once the offer is validated, then the closing process can begin. (Remember this is ABC's lots more to it.) While negotiations are happening B will be marketing the property for sale and after the offer is accepted within a week to two weeks they go to closing (purchase). Now the person B will have found a D (end buyer) and can either use hard money, own money or D's money to close the deal. (I enjoy using the end buyers money and do a double close. At that point person A will have debt settled and move on, B will have bought and sold the property from C and sold it to D and D can rehab, live in or resell to another.
Rogue you mean a triple close? Yes, it is possible.
Everyone eats well when the system is implemented properly. (By design) greed is no good when thousands of $$$ are on the line.
Realize this, I am telling you this system for multiple reasons. One is in the pure form, it's process. Secondly, do not over think it. Lastly, I want to get paid.
The very people who stole this system from me. Put it to use for pure evil. Those that claimed to be do gooders and of light are in actuality but a candle in a hurricane at night.
The Remnant is a lighthouse, rolling away the fog that blinds the people of today.

The project can go through now. Nothing is holding it back (except the powers that be). The Short Sale of most of the world can go through without hiccups. (Silver is the Key)

The money aquired from the OWCP/RV will set us with the Remnant up in order to help save human life. All life is precious. I will live comfortably but not outrageous.
Majority of the $$$ will be used for other purposes.
Now how this breaks down to currency. A is the country, B is the investor or currency holders, C is to whom debt is owed, D is the countries origin, E is the buyer from the country…
I cannot go into more detail as I don't want the RV stopped. Trust the plan, it will work. Release it now, let those prepare with $$ for a day or two withoutdevastating time. It's the gentleman's way.
