Take any story based on WH statement. It starts with “the President announced….” then 20 minute opinion panel who agree with statements, tell audience why it’s monumental, necessary, and correct. After years of war stories, the audience became addicted to the blue pill haze-safely tucked a fuzzy warm blanket. The media stayed the course because it really didn’t matter any more. Hillary would be first woman president for next 8 years, then maybe Michelle or Oprah would be first black woman president for 8 years.
