What I took from the message is that they need a secure forum. The Storm provides this capability if CM and PA (BO) can work out the OPSEC to ensure that there is no more fuckery. As for creating a board, you would probably have to create it yourself and either switch it to read-only mode (I'm pretty sure that was a feature here, CM confirm?), or create a singular, locked thread where only a BO - one of you - could post, which would remove any and all confusion. The latter is a suboptimal, but workable solution.
