Yes, without a doubt. A blue one. Fit, able to labour if necessary. Young, teenage probably. They'd have their own choice most of the time but for special occasions I'd pick the outfit. Why would you ever buy a slave over a droid?
Droids are customisable, don't require food, clothes, sleep, sleeping quarters, etc., can be memory wiped, reprogrammed, upgraded, etc.
Also, you can leave them home alone to clean, take calls, make errands, all without having to worry about them turning on you or trying to run off.

if you have a whole bunch of minor yet completely unrelated task you need done, the droids needed to do them might end up being horribly expensive. Slaves however can do pretty much anything a droid can to a lesser degree and in some cases better. besides droids make for horrible company and you can't really psychologically torture a droid.

I can't imagine why a even a quality droid with multiple uses would be more expensive than a slave in the long run except at sticker price. Star Wars is a setting where faster-than-light space craft can be serviced by people who are the equivalent of your local Jiffy Lube mechanic. The tech is just so sufficiently advanced that a reasonably clever 10-year-old finds it user friendly enough to slap together a translator butler in his garage. Lower middle class people are depicted being followed by their own little helper droids.
I'm not even sure if slaves would necessarily be better for sex. With Star Wars level technology there's no reason a corporation couldn't exist that makes hyper articulated models with interchangeable synthetic skin and hydraulic padding and program it to accommodate every autistic fetish in the Galaxy without judgement.

Droids are pretty expensive if you're talking about anything much smarter than a remote. See Guri (for ultra-realism) or IG-88 (for intelligence). Actually rebuilding a hyperdrive takes a pretty skilled individual too (First Contact), though small repairs & uncomplicated parts swaps can be accomplished by average mechanics. A possible reason why you think droids are cheap and hyperdrives are easily serviceable is because the books, movies, etc focus on people who can afford/repair things the average galactic inhabitant cannot.
