I honestly find Betty Droids unattractive and creepy. Maybes its because they try too hard to look human but instead end up looking like creepy living china dolls. Even the way their mouths are constantly open creeps me out and makes me think it only exists for communication and giving oral. The Nanny droid is the perfect waifu overall since being programmed with maternal features also means she has the capabilities to be a capable wife and nurturing and loving as well. Her AI would be nothing but unconditional love if no moderate memory wipes are carried out. And even then there's barely anything that could go wrong with a Nanny Droid.

Looking to the Old Republic era, I have found a couple viable droid candidates:
1.) The Sith War droid- it probably wouldn't work out, but I'd want to try anyways. Also you can ride around on its lap.
2.)Czerka protocol droids, because they have the good sense to tell you to stop trying to romance a droid, as demonstrated on Dantooine. This makes them more respectable and anti-degenerate.
