What it can do:
- Download images from 4chan/8chan/*chan/Danbooru/Gelbooru/deviantArt/Pixiv/Tumblr
- Grab tags from said websites and manage images using them
- Find image duplicates such that you can have the best quality image in your computer
- Share Images and other files through IPFS

You can say that, it is an archiving/management program that also does cloud sharing
(if you want to share your Korean animu yaoi pics)
I heard that they have video/audio/ebook management as well, so it is really useful

What can it do?
1. Download anime, manga and comics from your favorite sites
2. Manage them using tags, and possibly share it using the Public Tag Repository
3. Share files with others using IPFS built into Hydrus
