Do you have tips that help you complete the tasks you have to do? I have to study. I'm in class. But I can never study. When I'm in class I play games or watch stuff and I stare at the walls or through the window. There's too much people here and it's way too bright
The only time i'm able to get stuff done is when someone nice is supervising me individually so that I don't end up doing something else. And it's not too bright. I can't ask someone to do that. It's too embarrassing

I must study because I think that the teachers will report my behavior to the staff. The staff will keep on annoying me. They will want to schedule meetings. The meetings are boring and I can't leave even if I am bored. And it will waste my time. I think that if I study I will spare myself the effort of reading things a day before exams. I don't read things a day before anymore. I still think that these things are stupid at that time. I can only read if it's 15 minutes before. But you can't really squeeze in one month and a half's worth of lectures in 15 minutes, so I will probably give up

Do I have a problem with norepinephrine and/ or acetylcholine? It plays a role in filtering out distractions and engraving stuff into your brain. I am easily distracted. But I think that's because studying is useless
I wonder if these chemicals actually shape your beliefs. Or is it your beliefs that impact your brain chemistry? Or maybe they're just correlated. Or there is no link between them at all. I haven't looked much into this
