They can see everyone's Internet activities 24/7, in real time. There is no way to hide sketchy/illegal Internet activities tbh......not even with Tor Browser. This is obvious.

The authorities just turn a blind eye to the cp/csam being uploaded online. It is not that they cannot see who is accessing, downloading or uploading it......they just don't take any legal actions unless the person becomes too big of a threat.

No they can't. They can subpoenaed but its up to the company whether or not they co-operate. Its not impossible but theres a massive of hoops the glowies have to jump through to track someone. By the time they do I would have already smashed my pc and hardrives and backed them up else where.
